Full job description

We’re Postscript Books, a small, friendly book company with big ambitions and we’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team. We work hard, have a laugh and believe people enjoy their jobs the most when they’re part of something great.

If you’re reliable, enjoy being active and want to work somewhere with a good team atmosphere, this could be a great fit.

What’s the job?

You’ll be helping us get thousands of brilliant books out to our customers, including:

· Picking & packing customer orders

· Putting away new stock

· Replenishing shelves

· Helping with Goods In

· Keeping everything accurate and running smoothly

It’s a busy, physical role with plenty of manual handling so you’ll need to be happy being active and on your feet.

What are we looking for?

You’ll ideally have some previous warehouse experience but it’s just as important that you’re:

· Reliable

· A good team player

· Accurate and switched-on

· Happy to get stuck in

· Comfortable working in a busy warehouse

A Flexi/Counterbalance licence would be a bonus but isn’t essential.
