What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and takes pride in doing a great job.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

To ensure KPI for incoming calls is reached
Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively and accurately to opticians
To answer technical questions relating to dispensing of optical lens.
Communicate product/service/promotions prior to launch
Ensure that all orders are input on the same day as received
Through Pro-active retention calls to actively encourage non active customers/potential customers to begin spending with Hoya
Proactively keep up to date with both the Hoya and competitor product and service offer
To provide support with order entry of Glazed work/ Faxed orders/ Returns
