Duties

Develop and produce compelling UGC content including videos, photos, and written posts that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas that boost engagement and brand awareness
Manage your own social media channels by posting regularly, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Monitor content performance metrics to analyze engagement levels and optimize future content strategies
Maintain a consistent brand voice while showcasing authentic user experiences through creative storytelling
Engage with followers and community members in a positive, professional manner to build strong relationships

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or content creation, preferably with a portfolio of UGC work
Strong understanding of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube
Excellent communication skills with an eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail
Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively represent the brand’s voice and values
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities
Passion for digital trends, influencer culture, and community building
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with social media management tools and basic editing software
