Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Events Coordinator, where your passion for creating memorable experiences will shine! In this vibrant role, you will orchestrate a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and community celebrations to fundraising galas and hospitality functions. Your energy, organizational prowess, and exceptional communication skills will drive the success of each event, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Responsibilities

Able to plan both social media and on-site events
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, ensuring all aspects align with client or organizational goals
Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering arrangements, and equipment setup
Develop detailed timelines and checklists to ensure timely completion of all event phases
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, staff, and guests to facilitate smooth operations before, during, and after events
Oversee on-site event management, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high standards of guest service
Maintain comprehensive records of event details, budgets, and feedback for continuous improvement
Proven experience in event planning and fundraising envents
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
