Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling practices.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely serving of meals and excellent guest satisfaction.
Maintain an organized kitchen environment by overseeing cleanliness, storage, and inventory management.
Mentor team members in culinary techniques and hospitality standards to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in culinary roles within restaurants or hospitality settings.
Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
