Join Our Team

Mearns After School Care Service (MACS) is looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator to support our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in helping us recruit passionate people who make a real difference to children and families across our services.

About the Role:
Working closely with our senior management team, you will coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for every candidate while helping us attract and appoint the very best people.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Prepare and advertise vacancies across a range of recruitment platforms.
Screen applications and support the shortlisting process.
Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed in line with safer recruitment practices.
Monitor recruitment activity and identify opportunities to improve our processes.
Provide general recruitment and administrative support to the management team.

About You

You'll be highly organised, confident communicating with people at all levels, and able to manage multiple priorities.

You'll also have:

Previous experience in a recruitment role (essential).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience using recruitment systems or online recruitment platforms.
A professional and confidential approach to your work.
