About the Role -

We are currently looking to recruit two production assistants to join our busy conversion department.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting our machine operators and ensuring production runs efficiently. The successful candidates will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities -

Working in a fast-paced factory environment.
Numeracy skills.
Supplying production lines with the consumables required to keep machines running efficiently.
Assisting machine operators with production activities as required.
Safely operating pallet trucks to move materials and finished products.
Carrying out general factory duties, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Supporting the wider production team.
A strong awareness of health and safety.
Flexibility to work a rotating double day shift, including both early and back shifts.

Pay: £13.32 per hour

Work Location: In person
