Full job description

We’re looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team in a varied role supporting different areas of our business.

This definitely isn’t a job where every day is the same!

One day you might be creating and scheduling social media content, the next helping update our website or prepare marketing material, and another helping with customer administration, or providing support to the Managing Director.

What you'll be doing

Creating and scheduling social media content
Helping with reels, images and digital content
Canva design and basic marketing material
Website updates and product uploads
Helping prepare brochures and exhibition material
General office and customer administration
Providing occasional PA support to the Managing Director
Helping different departments when things get busy

Who we're looking for

You don't need to be an expert in everything — attitude and ability are more important to us than having the perfect CV.

You'll need to be:

Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling different tasks
Confident with computers and social media
A good communicator with good written English
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Familiar with Canva, or keen to learn
Happy dealing with customers
Someone who learns quickly and can work independently
Flexible and willing to get stuck in wherever needed

Experience in administration, marketing, social media or customer service would be useful, but we're equally interested in someone looking for an opportunity to develop their skills.

If you like variety, enjoy being busy and want a role where you can get involved in lots of different areas of a business, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
