Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. This energetic position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas, ensuring a pristine atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. As a Housekeeper, you'll be the backbone of our hospitality experience, bringing enthusiasm and attention to detail to every task. Your dedication will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our operation.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas according to established standards.
Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are well-stocked and presentable.
Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize bathrooms, and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to promote hygiene.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Maintain cleanliness logs and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move efficiently throughout the shift while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike.

This role can be tailored to suit candidate, hours and days are negotiable and may well suit school hours.
