Mobile Funeral Arranger

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
On Call/ Out of Hours

The Opportunity

Based at A H Rogers & Sons Funeral Directors - Eastleigh, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome, and guide our families through the whole funeral process. They couple their incredible interpersonal and listening skills, with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.

As well as supporting families in making funeral arrangements, Funeral Arrangers are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately, and on time. They are also responsible for providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, in order that every little detail goes to plan on the day.

Our Funeral Arrangers have an important role within the community, building strong working relationships as well as organising fundraising activities to support organisations in the local community.

You'll also have a place on the out of hours, and on-call rota, which will provide an opportunity to earn additional payments.

Salary includes a Fringe Weighting Allowance of £1,275

Mobile FA

As this is a mobile role, you will be covering the Hampshire area, which includes Eastleigh, Hedge End, Shirley, West End, Woolston, and Park Gate, so you will need a full driving licence, and your own transport.
