Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Estimator/Project Manager and take charge of driving successful project execution from inception to completion! This role combines precise cost estimation with proactive project management, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You'll be the key driver in assessing project requirements, preparing detailed estimates, coordinating resources, and managing budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities

Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for proposals.
Prepare detailed bid proposals that clearly outline scope, costs, timelines, and potential risks.
Oversee project planning by establishing schedules, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
Monitor project progress regularly to ensure adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to optimize profitability.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and changes to keep everyone aligned.

Experience

Proven experience in estimating and managing construction or related projects with a strong focus on cost control.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts accurately.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Knowledge of industry-standard estimating software and project management tools is preferred.
A background in construction management or engineering is highly advantageous.
