How You'll Perform the Role

Our Customer Services team is at the heart of our business and support both our great customers and their colleagues across Vegware and that is where you will find our Customer Service Specialists.

This dynamic and vibrant team work closely together and independently to deliver superb customer service to all our customers across the UK, Europe and beyond. We manage orders, queries and work hard to deliver the best customer experience possible to our range of clients. It’s never dull in our customer services team and no day is ever the same. The team support each other and take huge pride in getting things right, first time.

Key responsibilities

Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound orders, enquiries and issues.
Follow up, account management and other outbound sales activities.
Managing incoming e-mails and phone calls quickly and accurately
Managing international orders and order requirements. Export document management.
Liaising with the warehouse to ensure orders are delivered as expected.
Managing work volume to effectively deliver to our challenging customer service levels.
Managing Custom Print stock orders
Making courtesy call backs to customers
Various administration duties shared between the team, ledger support, order checks, stock reconciliation.
Complaint handling, issue management and quality control support
Involvement in new continual improvement projects

Competent with Microsoft Excel, and Word.

Basic knowledge of customer service requirements – passion to deliver on service promises is more important than theory.
