Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the store.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Provide detailed information about products and promotions to encourage sales.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer calls.

Excellent communication skills
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in basic maths for accurate transaction processing.
