Job Summary

Join our dedicated team as a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker in London IG6, where your compassionate nature and proactive attitude will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support. Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and comfort

Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Use IT systems to update records, track care activities, and manage schedules efficiently
Drive between different locations if required, providing flexible support in home care or care home settings
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care support is highly desirable
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for transportation between locations
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English for effective interaction with clients and team members
Basic IT skills for managing electronic records and documentation
Strong communication skills with a caring attitude towards clients’ needs
Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or shifts as needed
