Full job description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles support engineer team, rresponsible for managing and supporting end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and core IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning)
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access
Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance and deployment
Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and file services
Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes via ITSM tools
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence
Support IT projects and deployments

Skills & Competencies:

Microsoft 365 Administration
Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Manager /SharePoint/ Exchange / PowerShell (preferred)
Windows OS and Office Suite / End Point Central
ITSM Tools (Basic)
Basic networking knowledge

Experience:

3–8+ years in IT Infrastructure / EUC with experience in large enterprise M365 environments.

Soft Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication
Structured and process-driven approach
Customer-focused mindset

Essential Certification:

Microsoft / M365 Certification (preferred)
ITIL (Optional)
Hardware /Cloud Certification (Optional)
