Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and motivate your team to achieve sales goals. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, promote teamwork, and uphold company standards. Duties

Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and merchandising
Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement
Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency
Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, purchasing, pricing strategies, and shrink reduction
Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) system management with accuracy
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales
Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers to foster a welcoming environment and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities
Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases effectively
Proficiency in retail math, bookkeeping, budgeting, inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, pricing strategies, and retail sales management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective communication skills and team management expertise
Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail is preferred
Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus but not required
