Overview

We are seeking passionate and skilled Chefs of all levels to join our dynamic culinary team. Whether you are an aspiring intern or an experienced professional, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant hospitality environment. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in food preparation and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. A background in restaurant or catering settings is preferred, along with a dedication to food safety and team collaboration. All positions are paid, including internships, providing valuable experience in a professional kitchen.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food production, ensuring quality and presentation meet company requirements
Supervise junior staff and support team management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling
Organise and manage food stock levels, ensuring freshness and proper storage
Contribute to menu development by offering creative ideas and feedback
Serve food efficiently during service periods, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service experiences
Uphold cleanliness standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality roles; restaurant experience is advantageous
Demonstrated supervisory or team management skills for senior positions
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the establishment’s operating hours
Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential for entry-level roles
