Sales Associate / Course Adviser – LV CollegeJob Summary

LV College is seeking an energetic, motivated and target-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team.

You will respond to prospective students who have expressed an interest in our accredited aesthetics, micropigmentation and beauty qualifications. Your role will be to understand each applicant’s goals, recommend the most appropriate course pathway and confidently guide them from their initial enquiry through to enrolment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced education and aesthetics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to new enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
Contact inbound leads and follow up consistently until an outcome is reached.
Understand each prospective student’s experience, qualifications and career goals.
Recommend suitable LVC courses and qualification pathways.
Clearly explain course content, entry requirements, accreditation, training dates, prices and payment options.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings and deposit payments.
Maintain accurate lead, booking and payment information within LVC’s CRM and internal tracking systems.
Follow up with applicants who have not completed their enrolment.
Re-engage previous enquiries and promote relevant upcoming courses.
Support students with enrolment documents and pre-course information.
Work towards individual and college-wide sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the training, administration and finance teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
Represent LV College professionally and ensure all information provided is accurate and compliant.
Build positive relationships that encourage referrals, repeat enrolments and progression onto higher-level qualifications.

Skills and Experience

Strong telephone, written and face-to-face communication skills.
Confident speaking with prospective students and handling sales objections.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, education or aesthetics is desirable.
Able to build rapport quickly and communicate with people from different backgrounds.
Organised and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
Target-driven, proactive and motivated by measurable results.
High attention to detail when recording bookings, payments and student information.
Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
Knowledge of aesthetics, beauty qualifications or vocational education would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
Additional languages are welcomed due to LVC’s diverse student community.
