The UK operation is focused on building a national network of independent sales agents to introduce the brand to cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, convenience stores, and other high-footfall businesses.

The opportunity is built around repeat-purchase products. Coffee clients order week in, week out, meaning every account you introduce has the potential to generate ongoing monthly commission rather than a one-off payment. Free-on-loan commercial coffee machine packages are available for qualifying clients, giving you more ways to close.

Filicori Zecchini UK is actively recruiting experienced B2B sales agents with existing connections in HORECA, foodservice, workplace, or commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Plan your territory effectively to achieve a minimum of 20 customer contacts and 5 prospect visits per month with at least 2 clients signed on monthly basis.
Manage customer accounts, records, follow-ups and ongoing sales opportunities.
Follow a structured sales process, including coffee, equipment and service audits.
Proactively identify and develop new HORECA and commercial customers within your area.
Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer training, equipment and account activity.
Identify opportunities to increase customer value through coffee volume.
Use samples, demonstrations and Company marketing materials effectively to generate and convert sales.
Record all leads, customer visits, quotations and follow-up activity accurately within the Company's CRM.
Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and service issues within 24 hours wherever reasonably possible.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity, pricing and market developments.
Represent Filicori Zecchini professionally and work towards agreed sales, volume and customer acquisition targets.

Filicori Zecchini offers a full range of premium Italian coffee products for commercial and hospitality use, including roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, espresso blends, and filter coffee. All products are positioned at the quality end of the market, giving agents a brand that stands up in premium hospitality and corporate environments alike.

Alongside coffee supply, the portfolio includes professional commercial equipment solutions:

Commercial espresso machines

Free-on-loan coffee machine packages for qualifying business clients
