Are you an ambitious SDR who wants to join a business with real product traction, strong coaching, and a clear route into closing?

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth observability scale-up that helps engineering and security teams gain real-time visibility into their data while reducing observability spend by up to 70%. The business is scaling its London team and building further momentum across the UK and EMEA.

What you’ll be doing

As an Enterprise SDR, you’ll be responsible for creating qualified pipeline for the UK and EMEA sales teams.
You’ll:

Prospect into high-value enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe.
Engage technical stakeholders in engineering, DevOps, and security.
Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities.
Work closely with AEs on account planning and territory strategy.
Support inbound from events, trials, and marketing activity.
Use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Groove to manage outreach and pipeline activity.

What they’re looking for

The ideal person will have:

1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound SaaS sales experience.
Confidence speaking with technical and senior buyers.
A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A coachable, curious, and resilient mindset.
A willingness to be in the London office three days per week.
