Location: Leicester
Contract: Fixed term position, Monday to Friday - shifts between 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum

What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
3+ years’ Nursery Management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
A commitment to ongoing professional development and training
Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A customer-focused approach, always willing to go above and beyond for families

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
Support, motivate, and develop the staff team
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
Ensure nursery policies and procedures are followed at all times
Promote a positive, welcoming environment for families and staff
