Key Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for Key Account Managers to join our Personal Health sales team.

Your role:

Creation and adaption of both customer & Philips strategy.
Ensuring sales & profit targets are set and achieved, delivering against account specific growth plan.
Negotiating commercial terms including range, distribution and pricing agreements.
Constructing, agreeing and implementing customer joint business plans.
Growing Philips market share by focusing on range, product mix, and promotional effectiveness.
Actively seek & position new concepts and strategies, in alignment with Customer Marketing Manager’s, driving the digital agenda.
Co-ordinating with company supply chain function to ensure on-time fulfilment of orders.
Collaborating with Category Management to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.
Ensuring accounting records are completed on time and in full.

This role reports into the Channel Leader.

You’re right for this role if you:

Are performance-driven individual capable of achieving multiple KPIs, with the ability to manage the complete customer P&L and drive sales and profit growth
Posses excellent sales and negotiation skills. have the capability to create and shape customer strategies.
Have previous Sales/Account Management experience is necessary along with knowledge of the market landscape and competitors.
Posses a solid understanding of category based selling and digital media, as well as familiarity with relevant support functions such as supply chain and finance
Ability to complete admin in an accurate timely fashion
Have a solution-focused, action-oriented approach is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is £32 000- £ 50 000. This role is eligible for a sales incentive with your rewards linked to key performance indicators and company results.
