National Account Manager | OTE £100k+ | Key Accounts, field-based, high-impact growth role

About the Role

Our Regional Account Managers are instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and helping our customers realise the full benefits of Safetykleen’s products and services.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, multi-site National Key Accounts across. You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, improving customer productivity and supporting their sustainability goals, while ensuring they always receive a high standard of service and proactive strategic account management.

This is a national field-based role with travel aligned to customer needs, so you’ll need flexibility for mid-week overnight stays.

What you’ll be doing

Owning multi-site strategic accounts - managing high-value, multi-location customers so their needs are anticipated, service is consistent across sites, retention is strong and partnerships are long term.
Growing revenue and value - building and executing account strategies that grow profitable revenue, drive upsell and cross-sell, and position Safetykleen as the partner of choice.
Building senior stakeholder relationships - developing trusted relationships with director-level and senior decision-makers, presenting tailored, value-led solutions and securing long-term contracts and extensions.
Leading tenders, frameworks and the sales cycle - partnering with internal teams to shape commercially sound framework agreements and taking full ownership of the sales process for your accounts.
Owning results - consistently aiming to meet and exceed sales targets, using account performance data and insight to refine your approach and unlock new growth opportunities.

About You
You’re a field-based B2B account manager who enjoys being in front of customers, growing high-value accounts and turning senior relationships into long-term, profitable partnerships. You’re confident operating with senior stakeholders, able to talk numbers, value and outcomes with director-level decision-makers. Experience with tenders or framework agreements is a strong advantage.

You will have:

A proactive, structured approach - you know your customers, manage your pipeline with discipline and always understand where you are against target.
Resilience and calm under pressure - you’re comfortable working towards stretching targets, staying positive, solution-focused and commercially aware when challenges arise.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including mid-week overnight stays.
