Job Introduction

Role: Domestic Assistant
Location: NEW Linmere Day Nursery | Hockcliffe | LU5
Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours/week | 52 weeks/year
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday-Friday between 07:30-18:30
Salary: £25,096.50 per annum (pro-rata) | £12.87 per hour

About you:

You're someone who takes genuine pride in creating clean, safe and welcoming environments where others can thrive.

You'll bring:

Experience working in a housekeeping, cleaning or domestic role, maintaining consistently high standards.
Knowledge of COSHH and safe cleaning practices, with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach to keeping every area of the nursery clean, organised and well stocked.
The flexibility to support with cleaning, laundry, replenishing supplies and assisting the kitchen team with washing up when required.
A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to build respectful relationships with colleagues.
A genuine commitment to safeguarding, helping create a safe and healthy environment for every child, family and colleague.
