Weekend Care Assistant

Location: Formby & Surrounding Areas
Company: White House Care Ltd
Hours: Weekend shifts only (every weekend or alternate weekends available)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate plus mileage and paid travel time (where applicable)

Whether you're experienced or new to care, we'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Weekend Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Every day is different, but your duties may include:

Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Assisting with medication
Preparing meals and drinks
Supporting with mobility and moving safely
Companionship and emotional support
Completing care records accurately using our digital system
Communicating effectively with the office team and families
Promoting independence wherever possible

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete mandatory training
Availability to work weekends
