The Role

B&FC are looking for 4 x Youth Workers to join our Student, Support and Wellbeing Team.

To build trusted, purposeful relationships with students who are disengaged, vulnerable or at risk of poor attendance, withdrawal or exclusion, and to provide targeted, relationship‑based interventions that improve engagement, behaviour, wellbeing and outcomes. The role will contribute to early intervention, safeguarding, positive behaviour and inclusion, working closely with curriculum teams and specialist support services.
