Job Summary:

JBJ Clyde Business Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to support strong, responsive relationships with our business clients while coordinating the team responsible for everyday service requests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, guiding colleagues, and keeping multiple client needs organised in a professional business environment.

What You'll Do:

Supervise day-to-day client service activities and incoming requests
Act as a key contact for clients requiring additional support or follow-up
Allocate client requests according to team availability and priorities
Monitor open enquiries and ensure appropriate actions are completed
Support team members with more complex customer situations
Coordinate with other departments when requests require additional expertise
Maintain accurate information relating to client interactions and service activity
Review customer feedback and identify common themes
Support the onboarding and introduction of new client accounts
Prepare straightforward updates on service activity and outstanding priorities
Share practical ideas that can strengthen the overall client experience

Requirements:

Experience in client services, customer service, account support, business services, administration, or a related area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and professional approach
Ability to organise different requests and priorities
Comfortable using CRM systems or general business software
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to work effectively with different teams
Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not essential
Relevant qualifications or transferable professional experience will be considered
