Full job description

Job Summary:

Join a growing organization as a Financial Systems Analyst and play a key role in supporting and improving financial systems that drive business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to optimize financial processes, enhance reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

Support and maintain financial systems and business applications.
Analyze financial data and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to enhance system functionality.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
Develop reports, dashboards, and financial data insights.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and support process improvements.
Prepare documentation and provide user support when required.

Requirements:

Experience in financial systems, business analysis, finance, accounting, or a related role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfortable working with financial data and business systems.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or reporting tools is beneficial.
Well-organized with good attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
