Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a motivated team. Your energetic leadership will help foster a vibrant Hospitality environment, optimize sales performance, and uphold our commitment to operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong management skills to grow within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily bar operations, including sales, and inventory
Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure adherence to company standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives for staff members
Coordinate with management on sales strategies and promotional activities
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements

Proven management experience in a hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in sales management, merchandising, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and time management
Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service orientation to enhance client interactions
