Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Retention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering loyalty. The role involves engaging with clients via phone and digital channels, analysing customer data, and implementing strategies to enhance retention rates.

Duties

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Utilise data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and relevant information in our CRM system.
Analyse customer data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Develop personalised retention strategies tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement upselling initiatives that benefit both the organisation and clients.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and retention activities for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or retention roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and empathetically.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify actionable insights.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse client bases.
Ability to upsell products or services tactfully without compromising customer satisfaction.
Organised with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
