Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and positive communication.
Utilize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to log interactions, track issues, and update customer information accurately.
Provide detailed information about financial products and services, helping customers make informed decisions tailored to their needs.
Analyze customer concerns or issues to identify root causes and suggest effective solutions or escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliant service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers as needed to confirm resolution of issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within financial services or related industries.
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate clearly, and empathize with customers.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs, interpret data, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of financial products, services, and relevant regulations is a plus but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
