What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently using dental software.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Handling phone calls and patient inquiries with clarity, care, and professionalism.
Processing patient payments and providing receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
Supporting the dental team by ensuring the front desk area remains organized and efficient.

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm and a can-do mindset.
3 days commitments per week, fix Rota can be discussed.
