Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive mid-level manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating various activities, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining project schedules. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors. The role is paid and ideal for those looking to develop their career within project management.

This is not just an office based role, there will be travel included all over the uk, with occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and ensuring all milestones are met.
Coordinate between different teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and escalate concerns promptly.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Support the procurement process by tracking orders and liaising with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project activities.
Manage documentation including contracts, drawings, and project records with accuracy.

Skills

Proficiency in scheduling and project planning purposes.
Experience with running projects
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong organisational abilities to coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously.
