Join Our Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to join our hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the venue.
Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and operational teams.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Manage staffing levels, breaks, and shift coordination.
Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures.
Monitor service standards and maintain a welcoming environment.
Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
