Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking casual employment, with opportunities to develop organisational skills and contribute to a professional setting. Candidates should possess good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all designated areas.
Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes.
Assist with organising cleaning supplies and stock levels as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client or visitor concerns courteously.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic driving skills are desirable for transporting cleaning equipment or supplies between sites.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to flexible working hours.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
