Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Buyer to join the Jewellery Buying Team.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Buyer to drive commercial performance, shape compelling product ranges and bring exciting newness to the department. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your buying career in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, developing your skills in trade analysis, negotiation, range planning, product development and cross-functional collaboration.

About You

Proven success at Buyers Admin or Assistant Buyer level, with the ambition to take the next step in your career.
A strong eye for product, trend, and innovation.
Confidence managing multiple priorities while staying organised and solutions-focused.
Commercial awareness and the ability to work within budgets while spotting opportunities for profitable growth.
The ability to coach, motivate, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Experience helping to shape and plan retail ranges.
Confidence preparing and presenting range and product proposals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
