Training and Education Officer (Albert)

Location:

Hybrid, 60% in Soho, London Office

Contract:

Full Time

Salary:

Salary of £33,600 gross per year + 29 days holiday in addition to bank holidays, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, 8% Pension contribution from employer, Discounted food and drink from our restaurant and bar, Access to members' screening.

Description:

Training and Education Officer, BAFTA Albert, £33,600 gross per annum

Our opportunity:

The Training and Education Officer will play a central role in the successful delivery and continuous development of the BAFTA Albert Academy, Education Partnership Programme, and widder training initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating a diverse programme of learning activity, supporting and managing our network of expert trainers and partners, and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of training throughout the year.

Working closely with colleagues across the team and wider Albert community, the postholder will drive operational excellence across all aspects of programme delivery, support the monitoring and evaluation of training impact, and help ensure that sustainability and climate literacy are effectively embedded throughout our educational offer. The role will also provide support in the planning and delivery of training events, workshops and stakeholder engagements as required.

Who you are?

Experienced in planning and project management.
Someone with experience in report preparation and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Passionate for delivering positive environmental change.
Interested in the psychology of behaviour change and the factors that influence climate action.
An advocate for the power of learning and skills development.
Proactive, with a positive mindset. You’ll be capable and confident in your work style and prioritise involving others to achieve shared goals.
