Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Groomer to join our professional pet care team. This role involves providing high-quality grooming services to dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring each pet looks and feels their best. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop your grooming expertise while contributing to the well-being and happiness of our furry clients.

Responsibilities

Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping in accordance with client preferences and breed standards
Handle dogs safely and gently, ensuring a positive grooming experience for each pet
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of grooming tools and work area
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare advice
Monitor pets throughout the grooming process for signs of distress or health issues
Keep detailed records of each pet’s grooming history and specific requirements
Assist with animal care tasks such as feeding or administering basic medications if required
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations

Requirements
