Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, providing expert guidance and exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and ensure smooth operations within our parts department. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying the parts or accessories they need.
Provide detailed product information, specifications, and maintenance advice to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage incoming inquiries via phone or in person with professional communication skills and friendly phone etiquette.
Contribute to a positive team performance by optimising personal performance
Develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature.
Working within the sales team on the shop floor as well as answering telephone queries
Satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders or queries

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory and documentation
Outstanding phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
Knowledge of maintenance procedures related to vehicle or equipment parts is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment

Working hours
Average of around 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an alternating Saturday shift
We are looking for a FULL TIME & PERMANENT addition to our team subject to passing a 6 month probationary
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
To be a successful addition to our sales team to must be

Able to work well and cope under pressure
Organised with great attention to detail
Customer focused
Willing to learn and develop
A team player with the ability to also work independently
Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
IT Literate
Knowledgeable or have a keen interest of car parts
