Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join our growing team at Maylr.

Maylr specialises in the distribution of products and packages to influencers and journalists, primarily within the beauty and cosmetics industry. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management or client services.

The role involves a mix of client services, account management and administration across both our UK and US client base. As a relatively small and hands-on team, you will also be expected to support with warehouse and fulfilment duties when required, particularly when preparing packing benches for the mailer projects you are coordinating.

Taking ownership of mailer projects across our UK and US sites, primarily coordinating fulfilment and mailing activity
Liaising with clients and internal colleagues via email, phone and WhatsApp
Preparing quotes, raising orders, responding to queries and actioning client requests
Supporting other team members with projects, deliveries and day-to-day requirements
Managing administrative tasks across our internal CRM and job management systems for both the UK and US
Data capture, processing and reformatting using Excel
Booking and processing courier and postal services
Helping to ensure shelving, workspaces and general warehouse areas are kept clean, tidy and well organised
Preparing packing benches and occasionally supporting with picking and packing orders and mailers
Assisting with checking in, unloading and organising incoming deliveries when required

This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday from our UK site in Kemsing, Kent (TN15 6PW).

Standard working hours are 8:00am–4:30pm. Due to supporting our US operation, you will also be required to work later hours approximately 1–2 times per week (10 late shifts within each 7-week rota, scheduled at least two months in advance), working 1:00pm–9:30pm on those days.
