Customer Service & Sales Administrator

Multiple Positions Available – 2–3 Vacancies

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for 2–3 exceptional Customer Service & Sales Administrators to join our team.

You’ll often be the first person a customer speaks to when they contact MIYO, so we’re looking for people who are friendly, organised, professional and genuinely enjoy helping customers.

The Role

This is much more than answering the telephone.

You’ll take ownership of customer enquiries and help guide customers through the process from their initial enquiry through to quotation and order.

You’ll deal with enquiries relating to workwear, signage and schoolwear while working closely with other departments to make sure customers receive accurate information and an excellent level of service.

You’ll also be responsible for following up quotations and enquiries rather than simply waiting for customers to come back to us.

Key Responsibilities

Be a first point of contact for MIYO Brand customers.
Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
Understand what the customer requires and gather the correct information.
Prepare and send customer quotations.
Proactively follow up quotations and outstanding enquiries.
Process customer orders accurately.
Carry out general administrative duties.
Maintain accurate customer and order information.
Communicate with our design and production departments.
Keep customers updated on their orders.
Help resolve customer queries and problems.
Develop strong relationships with regular customers.
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

Highly organised.
Comfortable working with computers and administrative systems.
Accurate and attentive to detail.
Able to manage multiple enquiries at the same time.
Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Comfortable following up quotations and speaking to potential customers.
Quick learners.
Able to remain professional when dealing with challenging situations.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Experience within customer service, sales administration, print, signage, workwear or a similar industry would be beneficial, but attitude, organisation and willingness to learn are equally important.

We want customers to feel looked after from the moment they contact MIYO.

That means responding quickly, providing accurate information, following through on promises and making sure enquiries don’t get forgotten.

We’re looking for people who take ownership.

If a customer asks for a quotation, you don’t simply send it and forget about it – you follow it up.

If there’s a problem, you help find the solution.

If another department needs information to complete an order, you make sure they have it.

You’ll play an important part in both the customer experience and the continued growth of MIYO Brand.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
