Reception & Administration – Kensington

Salary: £27,040 per annum | Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Posted: 20 August 2026

We provide exceptional medical care within a refined, patient-centered environment. The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptionally polished, professional, and service-driven Reception & Administration Coordinator to join our front-of-house team. This is a key role at the heart of the clinic, where you will act as the first point of contact for both patients and clinicians, ensuring a flawless, welcoming experience that reflects our high standards of care and hospitality.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 08:00-17:00 (1-hour break)

About You

You will be a confident, organised, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will bring:

A warm, professional, and patient-focused approach to customer service
Clear, confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written + verbal communication (English)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service to all patients, visitors, and clinicians
Manage appointments, incoming calls, and emails with efficiency and accuracy
Register new patients and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Provide administrative support to clinicians and process payments efficiently
Respond calmly and professionally to urgent consultation requests
