Full job description

X-Press Legal Services is looking for an organised and proactive individual, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.

X-Press Legal Services provide property search services to conveyancers and property lawyers, playing an essential role in the property buying process across England and Wales. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and trust.

We are open to considering both full-time and part-time applicants, and welcome applications from individuals looking for flexibility. The role is primarily home-based, with team members attending our office in Stonehouse one day per week. This hybrid approach provides flexibility while ensuring regular collaboration, training, and team connection.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in producing accurate work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Providing property search quotations to customers.
Processing search requests accurately and efficiently.
Delivering support, product information, and service guidance via telephone and email.
Supporting the achievement of team objectives and service standards.
Communicating and coordinating effectively with the Search Team.
Ordering reports and searches and carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
Developing skills across different areas of the business, with opportunities for training based on your interests and career aspirations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service-focused role.
A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change and new ways of working.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
The ability to remain resilient and work effectively under pressure.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
The ability to work independently using your own initiative.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Previous property search experience is not required as full training will be provided.
