Tempra Health Care Services delivers high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence. We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Worker to support our clients in the community and lead by example in delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and assistance to clients, supporting their daily activities and promoting independence.
Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
Assist with medication administration and manage care plans.
Support clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Document observations accurately and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic support.
Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance well-being.
Qualifications
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
At least 2 years’ experience in home or residential care.
Previous supervisory or mentoring experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
