ACCOUNT MANAGER

Bromsgrove (Stoke Prior) | Full time | 4‑day work week
Salary: £40,000 + quarterly bonuses
Office‑based / 4 day week
Hybird / Remote working considered

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Sherbet Donkey. You will play a central role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring strong communication, consistent delivery and high levels of satisfaction. This position involves working closely with our internal teams to keep projects on track and results‑focused, while building long‑term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

THE ROLE

Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Oversee the successful delivery of work across departments including SEO, design, copywriting and development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.
Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, performance and upcoming activity.
Monitor client budgets, explain costs when required and discuss any changes or renewals.
Identify opportunities to expand client accounts or improve existing services.
Prepare reports, forecasts and account‑level insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the resolution of challenges or escalated client issues when needed.
Present account updates and proposals to clients and management teams.

ABOUT YOU

Previous account management experience is essential.
Confident communicating and presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to deliver client‑focused solutions.
Able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong negotiation, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
Full UK driving licence for client visits.

WORKING HOURS

4‑day working week
Monday–Thursday
8am–5pm or 9am–6pm
Office‑based at Harris Business Park, Stoke Prior
