About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales, with a strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
This role requires someone who is confident in developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively to the wider team.
Experience in promoting and recruiting students for online and on-campus qualifications, English language courses, Short-Term Study Visa programmes, Professional Short-Term Study Visa programmes, Summer Schools, and Online Courses will be highly advantageous.
Candidates with knowledge of UK-regulated awarding organisations such as OTHM, TQUK, LMQ, and other recognised qualification providers will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.
- Drive both B2B and B2C sales by identifying and converting new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Advise prospective students on appropriate qualification pathways and progression opportunities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of qualifications offered by awarding organisations including OTHM, TQUK, LMQ, and similar regulated awarding bodies.
- Explain qualification levels, progression routes, entry requirements, and career outcomes to prospective students.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, education partners, recruitment agents, schools, colleges, universities, and individual customers.
- Lead and support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and qualification demand to identify business growth opportunities.
- Manage sales and marketing projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyse sales performance, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, marketing activities, and business development opportunities using CRM systems.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales with a demonstrable record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Good knowledge of UK qualification frameworks and awarding organisations such as OTHM, TQUK, LMQ, and other recognised awarding bodies.
- Ability to confidently explain qualification structures, levels, credit values, progression routes, and university pathways.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM management, and customer acquisition strategies.

Experience
- B2B Marketing – 1 year (Preferred)
- B2B & B2C Sales – 1 year (Preferred)
- Student Recruitment / International Education Sales – 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience selling regulated qualifications (OTHM, TQUK, LMQ or equivalent) – Preferred
- Experience selling English language programmes – Preferred
Work Location: Hybrid Remote – Harrow HA3 5FE
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
