Nurse (Part-Time – Private Healthcare)

Versorium Healthcare – Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex
£14-22 per hour | 1 day per week (9:00–17:00)

About us

Versorium Healthcare is part of a growing group of private medical services led by a Consultant Neurosurgeon, alongside Spine and Brain and SB Diagnostics.
We deliver high-quality diagnostic and wellness services for patients across Sussex.

As our clinic expands, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Nurse to join our friendly team in Hurstpierpoint.

The role

This is a hands-on clinical and leadership role ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety and independence.
You’ll provide direct patient care, oversee compliance paperwork, and help represent the Versorium brand.
Full training will be provided for DEXA scanning and all clinic systems.

Key responsibilities

Clinical:

Perform venepuncture/blood tests and assist with egg/blood handling (training provided).
Deliver high-quality patient care and support during procedures.
Learn to perform DEXA bone density scans independently.
Maintain accurate and secure clinical records.

Leadership & Compliance:

Act as the Lead Nurse, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Take responsibility for CDC/CQC paperwork, clinical protocols, and compliance records (with support).
Assist in audits and uphold infection control and governance standards.

Administrative & Brand Support:

Help with patient communications and basic admin tasks.
Support social media and marketing initiatives to promote Versorium’s services.
Work collaboratively with our PAs and management team.
Promote partnerships/ collaborations with GPs and Consultants in the region.

About you

Essential:

Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
Confident in venepuncture/bloods
Professional, well-presented, and patient-focused
Organised, self-motivated, and reliable
Strong communicator and team player
Based near Hurstpierpoint/Brighton and able to drive

Desirable:

Experience in private healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness clinics
Familiarity with CQC/clinical governance (training provided)
Experience with DEXA or similar diagnostic procedures
Interest in marketing or social media for healthcare

Role details

Hours: 1 day per week (09:00–17:00)
Pay: £22/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex
Contract: Part-time
Training provided for DEXA and compliance documentation
