In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that passengers have a seamless and safe travel experience. Full training provided and uniform provided.

Provide excellent Customer Service interactions across all areas of the station.
- Provide passenger assistance to customers, meeting and greeting and dealing with onward travel arrangements to ensure they have the support required to meet their individual needs.
- Provide the highest possible standard of advice to our customers including onward travel, route planning and timetable information.
- Conduct security searches in line with compliance procedures.
- Participate in the safe movement of people at the station and promote a safe overall environment by complying with relevant security procedures.
- Conduct train side assistance to support the safe running of our services.
- Replenish/promote all relevant marketing materials and other useful information.
- Work to meet the requirements of passengers, including during times of disruption when there are limited/no train services.

- Have a friendly, approachable demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
- Take pride in providing top-notch customer service and passionate in ensuring customer safety
- Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen our team and foster a positive work environment
- Have the physical abilities to operate ramps for our customers
- Knowledge of ticket types would be beneficial.

With a team of around 3,000 colleagues, we operate 134 stations throughout Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. Greater Anglia also operate Stansted Express services between London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport.
