Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Perfect Binder Operator to join our friendly production team on a full-time, permanent basis. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Average 39 hours per week. 12-hour shifts, days & nights. 06.00am - 18.00pm & 18.00pm - 06.00am, includes a 30-minute paid break.

Rotating shift pattern: 3 weeks working 3 shifts & 1 week working 4 shifts. ( The 4 shift week will include Saturday & Sunday cover)

Skills Required:

Experience of working on the following: Corona Perfect Binder, (both Gatherer, Zenith Trimmer, Onyx inserter line and Cohiba palletiser, Muller Martini - 300, 335 lines or similar)
A mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication, organised and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
Good attention to detail
Able to work both independently and part of a team
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
Comfortable working rotating shifts and flexible around production demands
Adhere to all Health &, Safety, Environmental & Company policies, and procedures

Salary:£38,515 per annum
