Job Type: Part-time / Full-time (Flexible)
Start Date: Week commencing 24 August 2026

Join Our Team!

We're preparing for an exciting new chapter and are looking for 2–3 enthusiastic Chefs/Cooks to join our kitchen team ahead of our major relaunch on Friday 28 August 2026.

Our venue is transforming into a premium daytime café with a focus on quality brunch, lunch, freshly prepared food and exceptional customer service. Every member of our team will play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our guests from day one.

The successful candidates will begin during the week commencing 24 August 2026 to complete training, learn our menu, help prepare the kitchen and be fully ready for our reopening weekend.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and cooking high-quality brunch and lunch dishes.
Ensuring every plate is presented to a consistently high standard.
Assisting with food preparation before service.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Managing stock correctly and reducing waste.
Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver smooth service.
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient throughout each shift.
Contributing ideas for seasonal specials and future menu development.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience working in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen.
Is passionate about producing great food.
Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Has excellent organisational skills.
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
Holds a Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).
Is willing to learn, develop and grow with the business.
